PSWS is a non political society of renowned Punjabis formally launched by DIG Shri A.S.Toor on 24 March 2005 at a function held in New Delhi. The Idea of PSWS was conceived by Sardar Surjeet Singh Duggal Ji. in association . The thought to create PSWS was to foster socio-economic status of the poor and the down trodden of the society.
